The inner voice is so delicate, it is easily stifled; but it is so clear, it cannot be mistaken
— Madame de Stael

The SOUND OF KNOWING is a practice community created to help people connect with their deepest sense of knowing, REMEMBER who they are, and build practices that prevent forgetting.

FORGETTING is a natural aspect of the physical world: entropy. Things fall away, dis-integrate, and we forget. Over and over and over.

This practice community is intended to facilitate remembering through connection, shared experience and community. We can heal ourselves, together.

We can heal energetically, relationally, emotionally, mentally and physically. Many people have done it. That means you can do it, too.

We can do it together, and practice in a way that CREATES COHERENCE and ever-AWAKENING PRESENCE. We can practice in a way that creates SYNTROPY, the opposite of entropy.

We can practice, together and alone, in ways that are unique and authentic, not one-size-fits-all. We can practice in ways that keep us awake.

What do you Know? And how do you Know it?

We tend to become more flexible about our beliefs over the course of our lives, and more humble about how much we don't know.

While beliefs can come with a certain amount of logical doubt, they can give way to a sense of Knowing (with a capital K) which is beyond doubt

Things that can be Known beyond doubt are big things:

  • I Know that I am More Than My Physical Body

  • I Know that I Am Loved

  • I Know that I Am Never Alone

  • I Know that I Am Never Separate From Source

  • I Know that Only The Body Can Die

These Knowings are not dogmatic; they will liberate you, not constrain you.

Everyone has their own way of Knowing.

For some, it has a sound, a tone or a feeling with a particular vibration. For others, there is a somatic, visceral sensation “in the gut” or “in the bones”. Some people hear words in their mind or even audibly. Some know through color, through smell, through movement, through touch, through taste, or through visionary experience. Your way of Knowing can change over time, and you can become more skilled and intentional about it.

No matter how we access our Knowing, we must remember to do it. We must remember who we are. The Sound of Knowing offers guidance and space to remember, and practice, together.
